Docbert thanks for you advice! No I booked through Hilton website for the higher price. Then saw the Expedia price was about $75 cheaper! I then went to the best rate guarantee procedure on the Hilton website and got that approved at the lower rate with the additional 25% discount. My Credit Card will expire January 1st and I should be receiving a new one soon. I would assume the hotel or Hilton will try to email or call me to get it paid then if the Card won't go through?

Also I read maybe a couple months back on one of the flyer talk rewards forums can't remember which one. Basically they tried to charge him 6 months later. This was for corporate travel and he tried to go back to his company and they said since it was in a new fiscal year and 90 days past the time you needed to file a expense we won't pay it.
