Last September it was £17 unless you were a connecting BA passenger, then it was £14. Of course, that was from LHR to LGW, but I assume it's the same both ways. We made it in about an hour and a little.

My advice (I doubt you'd get there much quicker, even by cab) is to scurry over to LHR and enjoy the lounge (Concorde?) your First Class ticket entitles you to.
