I suspect the answers are No, no, and no.

The separate ticket is none of Ryanairs concern.....had it been me I would have built in an overnight before the second flight, regardless of who that second flight was with... and most certainly if it was Ryanair.

If their legal liability is a refund, and with 3 months notice of the change that may well be, that's all you'll get.
