Is this the norm in GF Lounge ?
I was trying to do an AUP from LHR - GLA on Thu 14th Dec around 7.30pm in the GF Lounge at Ter 5, I
was informed that there is nobody in the GF lounge (or at the entrance) who can do this ie no ticketing agent ?
I was sent upstairs to the Galleries lounge where both of the agents there could do it ie they were both ticketing agents
and it was issued in 2 mins, so no big deal.
Was this a staff shortage in GF lounge or do you always have to go to the Galleries lounge for an AUP if transferring at Ter 5 ?
