Verbally at the checkpoint, the supervisor was non-commital. His concern was to smooth things over. I am still waiting on a response to my written complaint. Oh, and I got another form email from the telltsa address. I can't decide whether it's really useful to send things to telltsa. My time might be better spent writing more hard-copy letters.
