Having something like this available in business is fine - and some airlines do offer this. Offering it in premium economy however is a very different.

You're not going to get a fully plated main course meal on Air NZ in BP at any time as the chef takes their break pretty much straight away after the first service is completed. They only offer the bacon & egg roll or whatever the current offering is because this can be prepared by anybody.
