I know the A319 and A320 have foot cutouts still for row 1 seats A and B. Does the A321 have a foot cutout. Been awhile since I've had to fly one transcon.
319 and 320 do not have a 1A. Assuming you mean 1C (no AC aircraft has 1B), they don't have that either.
2AC sometimes has a cutout, but I'm not sure if it's consistent.

The 321 has a 1AC, but I can't recall if they have cutouts.
