could also talk to tapa tibble (still at aman) and seem to recall a few other well regarded managers at pulo still

at least in the past aman should have also been able to do this: stay at pulo, leave 99% of luggage and go back to manila if cannot get accommodation at pulo, then return to pulo where aman staff have unpacked luggage back into new room exactly the way it was before leaving. besides examples reported here, including at pulo (moving from beach casita to villa) there was also a quote from amanyara saying they can take photographs of how everything is laid out so that they can return/unpack everything to be exactly the same way.

im not sure there is any hotel website that updates in real time. aman's website is at least new, vs others. perhaps when it is an independent hotel with no categories the website can be real time. may also require having their own system, which is extremely uncommon.
