I've never seen rack of lamb as a menu offering before. Maybe I don't travel enough? Thanks to priority menu choices, I have my preferred choice! Others were lemon-thyme chicken, seated salmon filet, and asparagus-cheese pasta.
It's a pleasant way to spend my last flying day of 2017! Especially since I will end the year with 100,021 miles.
