While Alaska's
Mileage Plan Partner information doesn't appear to talk about codeshares, basically the miles and/or bonuses applied to any given flight are relative to what airline is actually operating that flight.
So, if it's ticketed as CO and operated by CO, you'll get actual mileage flown, but that's it. MVPs will not get any bonuses.
If it's ticketed as CO and operated by NW, you'll also get your actual miles flown. If you're an MVP/Gold, you'll also get the 50 or 100% MVP related bonus miles. As well, your miles will count towards MVP qualifying miles. At least, this is what happened for me.
