Welcome to Flyertalk, and specifically the QR Forum.
Contrary to what has been said by
Flame3601, using QR Cargo was the correct place to check your booking.
However, the information displayed by QR Cargo is only ever guarenteed to be correct 1 month in advance. As such, things could well change between now and March 2018.
DOH-MAN-DOH is usually operated by a 787, and I would be surprised if it was swapped for anything else between now and March.
With regards to flight times, QR usually adjust their schedules in January (which causes a little bit of chaos). Keep an eye on FT, and you'll likely see a thread about the changes nearer the time.
