The information provided on this website in my experience is usually precisely that. Plus usually people aren't aiming for publicity. Whereas this kid does this entirely for his own ends. Don't think so?? - see attached pic from his twitter timeline - shameless 'online rubbernecking' and publicity seeking in the aftermath of a fatal collision. Didn't see it at the time as was out of the country but I wouldn't give this kid the time of day based on that attitude. No maturity nor humility.
