Folks... just bumping this thread with same/similar issue. YYC-FRA-ZRH intinerary (and the reverse). On FRA-ZRH I show as booked in LH Y, even though the ticket is AC J (Z fare). Should I expect to by in Y or LH's business (yes I know what that means intra Europe). Also, how the heck does one do seat selection for the LH legs on AC ticket stock booked through a TA?
TA or AC should be able to give you an LH record locator, which you can use to look up your booking on the LH website. Should give you what you need in terms of class of service. But don't think seat selection is possible until check-in (even in J).
