Also, I received a mail from AY+ CS (some time back where I raised a similar point) and it was acknowledged that there was a reason why bags are tagged "Priority" (which means among the first to reach passengers) and this had not happened in HEL (as usual).

This said, AY are not the worst villands here (far from it - and besides the negatives I keep pointing out are minor compared to the whole picture) and I think AY+ offers relatively good value for Money, especially in long haul J (love the new A350 which beats the B787 by miles)
