Maybe then cabbies should have a limit on the amount you can charge by visa. I wouldn't mind paying a surcharge. BUt being a jerk to me because I don't have cash is a load of crap.

On one trip to the airport, a cabbie told me I can't pay visa because he didn't have any card imprint slips. I said ok fair enough, I paid with some USD. Then he said when you come back call me, and wrote his number down. However he wrote it on a Visa Imprint slip. Gosh!!
