Yep there is a way to turn it off from the steering wheel. The sensors kick in at low speeds since it thinks you are trying to park the car so forward/side cameras activate on the infotainment screen.

Not sure on the exact dimensions, but it feels to be similar height to a Tahoe. I think the Tahoe is slightly longer?
