I assume you called in for this? I've never had anything but instant ticketing when booking online.

If that's the case, it's generally done by order of departure.

I called at 0400 this morning for a flight on December 27th, and it ticketed around 0510.

If you're really concerned, you could call and ask them to do it immediately.
