Thanks for the data point seattle29. Anything else you can think of as to why the Italian passport was rejected would be useful. Multiple TWOV shouldn't be an issue. Do you happen to know if the Italian passport holder was born in Italy or with Italian parents? (or did they gain citizenship through naturalisation?)
