I would agree with KARFAs advice above otherwise. Can you imagin if they did that for everyone making bookings, would not work...Alternative is that agent took a personal interest in your booking, which had happened to me on the GGL line a few times before (but not often), where they will make a personal note to follow up, and sometimes do, sometimes don’t ...
