If it is your first trip and you enjoy the scenery, I'd take a window seat. Yes you do have to step over the person next to you if they are stretched out, but I personally enjoy the views. Also, it lets me control the sunlight in my area. Try to avoid the bulkhead - for some reason I feel cramped there.
