I have to say that except for this surly gate agent at LAX, the flight was quite nice, especially due to the superior seat back IFE including the "airshow" similar thing.)
What did I do wrong here? Is seat bumping for a non-elite common on DL?

I have a few upcoming flights on Song (LAS to JFK), and I was sure(?--I could be mistaken) that when I booked the flights, I choose exit row seats. After reading this thread, I went back and checked, I was no longer in exit row seats. The exit rows were still available and I changed my old seating assignment to exit rows [I also printed my new seat assignments, in case the seats change again.]
They ask 4 questions on the computer before they will confirm exit row seats. [#1 is a NO answer and #2-#4 are YES answers...]
