My impression is that most of seats are similar - my choice would be to get one of the two seats which run down the middle of business class.

The advantage to this is that you don't have to climb over anyone to get out.. each person has their own aisle. If you are by the window, you'll have to go mountaineering over the guy/gal next to you..
