I agree with gilbertaue here. The twin seats by the window should be avoided at all costs. Not only that you lose a table that can be used for storage, one of the seats do not have direct aisle access. Definitely choose the centre aisle pair.
Personally, whenever I travel with someone else, we tend to take a front-back arrangement so that we could get more storage space (esp with the storage compartments available by the sides of some seats). Although that is just personal preference.
Avoid throne seats at the right site (e.g. 4K) as the space for feet is so tight that you feel as being ascoffin. It's not possible to turn round while 180 cm+ while sleeping.
