If it's not on the list, it technically doesn't apply. Could be they didn't add it because when they acquired AC (which at the time was primarily in Spain/Italy) room types might not have been the same. Or it could be they forgot to add AC to the list.

You could inquire but they may say the policy doesn't apply to them/quote the website. Based on the list, the most you'd be entitled to is $25 or $50 depending on which category they'd be listed under (probably $25). However, if they say it doesn't apply to them your option is to accept a queen size if they have those or the doubles.

Also, it should be noted that even for properties where the guarantee applies, it only applies if the property has that type. For example, if a property only has queen size beds & no room has a king you're not entitled to the guarantee.
