Really liked the old days when they were transitioning between the Paper and E-500 upgrades.
Would request a paper upgrade at booking(even though didn't have any) At smaller airports more times then not when I went to check in counter the agent would look confused punch couple of buttons and out printed first class seat assignments. Not realizing I was suppose to give them physical paper certs.
