Has William has confirmed several times the app & website are NOT good indicators of what is available. Hotels have been collecting data for ages and can calculate the odds of no shows and cancellations so they load more rooms than they have (not to mention rooms not available due to maintenance issues). The front desk does have accurate info available (not to say they don't lie/fib about availability). So please do not think just because they are offering it they can supply it. They will walk guests in a perfect storm should everyone show up but they are not obligated to upgrade elites if the suites are actually booked.
