Out of the blue today, I got a belated response from e-miles, unfortunately they addressed it to "Carol", yea, I'm definitely not a "Carol" on a number of levels... anyway, e-miles is still not showing up as a redemption option on e-rewards (it says it's "out of stock", it's been that way for many months). I really hold out no hope that the e-mile redemption on e-rewards will ever be "in stock" again; although I continue to participate in e-rewards, I've effectively tossed e-miles to the curb along with mypoints and so many others from the past. anyway, fyi and fwiw.

I replied to them, and asked simply: On e-rewards the option to redeem for e-miles is "out of stock", has been for months. Please remove that option or tell me when it will be active."

That make any sense to you? That's my last attempt. For the second time, they not only didn't answer my question, they gave a mangled response. That's it for me for e-miles, but thought I'd share their add'l response here. Personally, not fooling with them any more. Best of luck to those of you who still find the e-miles site worthwhile. I'm done.
