I believe the tickets for 2018 (the "new season") do not go officially on-sale until after January 1. I believe some travel agencies have been granted an allotment of tickets (or they are otherwise very sure they will be able to arrange with the other travel agencies to get unused tickets) which is why they are advertising/offering tickets for dates after January 1.
