Awards AMS-LAX and LON-AMS OK, but no availability LON-LAX???
Sorry if this has been mentioned before but I have only just become aware of it.

I'm trying to book 2 biz tickets from London to Los Angeles online, preferably KL but NW OK. There is no availability, yet no problem with separate tickets LON-AMS and AMS-LAX, which would of course be more expensive.

Is there a way around doing this online, or do I have to sort it with the dreaded 'help'desk?
