Quick question. I am looking to book multiple one way flights and was curious about how to handle luggage between the various airports and segments. For example flying AA from IND to JFK booked one way ticket on British. Then flying Singapore from JFK to FRA booked on Singapore. Then flying Etihad from FRA to AUH booked on AA. Then Etihad again from AUH to JNB booked on AA. What do I do at each airport with luggage and checkin for the flights? What do I do with security and customs at each country? Looks like I will have the needed points just could not find any information on the travel process and how it would affect my luggage/checking back in at the same airport that I just landed at.
