I can't really think of any individuals annoying me in the MLL. The food options aren't always great -- in particular for breakfast -- but they are better than they were just five years ago. It is good to see the company move away from the emphasis on gimmicky trend foods (i.e. it was everything kale and quinoa a couple of years ago) to offer a broader range of food. Cleanliness is an issue at several lounges -- particularly in the bathrooms (i.e. YHZ has been particularly bad).
To the comments on the lounges being too busy, this is certainly a growing concern as Air Canada's expansion has been in full kick for a few years. With millions more revenue generating passengers in the system though, I think rather than moving to limit access (which is still impacting a frequent flyer base) I'd rather see AC expand capacity to support the increased demand. Certainly they've done this in T1 international with the introduction of the new Signature Suite.
