Awesome. Thanks all. I have enough points for Hilton Shinjuku - just get no perks. But would be nice to burn all the Hilton points since I don't stay at those normally. Cash-wise it's also fairly affordable with breakfast, just don't get it on points. But that's ok - I like overpriced coffee in the neighborhood

Unfortunately no redemption options open for Hyatt. Cash for the PH not in the cards for this trip.

Interesting that the Prince (or at least one of them) is now a Marriott. I've stayed at two of the four Princes in the past. Don't remember if one of them was the Sakura Towers. I like that complex a lot actually. It felt peaceful and unique, even if the hotels and rooms themselves weren't super nice (they weren't when I've stayed at least).
