I have a Tier 1-3 7 night cert that I purchased back in May. I am not sure there was a Tier 4 at that time. Would I be able to use that to book at this hotel? Would I have to pay for the additional tier? If so, any idea what it would be? Also how does this compare to the RC Langkawi? Appreciate your input.
