Barclays Aviator Red open several years, only $1k spend in last 12 months. Membership specialist first offered PC to no-AF Arrivals card. Declined and asked about fee waiver or other incentive. Agent surprisingly offered both AF waiver and 5k incentive for $1k spend in 3 months. Accepted.
