Not really. The cost is included in the fare calculation.
And since you set it up; So too is the diabetes and heart disease that comes from the Hawaiian menu. The funeral directors association will probably be sending the airline a Christmas card this year in appreciation of the airline's contribution to keeping the association's members busy.
