If the IT fails due to beeing poorly programmed, this is usually a problem of the company. It is of course depending on what the fineprint in the flyer or advert says. I am nevertheless a bit reluctant, but if there is not fineprint indicating a special tagretted audience or making any assumption , I would follow up with headquarter or contact one of the compaby representatives of IHG here on FT.
