There is a relativly new hotel along rt. 10 that looks very nice, not sure of the name it is near east hanover going westbound i believe. Also the Hilton has a nice brunch. The hotel in summit that was mentioned before is a good suggestion. Then you have your casual coffee shops and diners some of which are also very good if they're not too formal.
