If not emailed to parake in 40k Adia syay promo, then IHG are within their rights to not only not give points but to close guests account forfeiting any points balance/aard-nights-booked
Mine is more complicated than that.
Beside the email confirmation, I got 5000pts from the first stay. I had followed the bonus from the registration and second stay. They never told me that I was not quanlified until I completed 3 stays. Then took back the 5,000 pts. This is so unprofessional.
They could have told me the first time I called.
I could have stayed somewhere else.
