FWIW, I was able to get cleared on both legs standby SJC-SNA-PHX [MENTION=9504]SJC[/MENTION] a little while ago, thanks to a CS agent who went the extra mile. (So it is possible- but I'm sure I also had fortuitous timing, as it was very early on a Saturday, but she's still getting one of the Kick-Asses I just re-earned once I run into her again.)
