Thanks for posting about this property. I HAD a reservation scheduled for the first week in July but have changed to the property near Universal.

I would probably (no I would) have had a rotten 10 days if I had stayed at this property and received this type of service. I know I would not have stayed 10 days with this type of treatment(I probably would have stayed the first night to keep peace in the family) but we would have moved the following day.
