Condor really only gets you in/out of FRA and nowhere onwards within Europe, the extended intra-European route network seems to largely rely on Lufthansa feed on which AS miles can't be redeemed... As for pricing, 45,000 one-way for their Premium Economy product which is essentially a regular Econo seat with more legroom is a not a great use of miles IMO. 55,000 miles is still more than AA (for now) but is at least better use of miles for a flat bed versus say the domestic first style Icelandair up-front seating. A lot of the Condor routes are only operated twice, maybe three times weekly. Hardly a good back-fill for the AF or KL network, but then again, I could seldom find any award inventory on AF or KL to begin with so I guess it's largely a moot point.
