It's not that Air NZ grounded their fleet.

There is a big difference in grounding the fleet and aircraft being unable to fly (even if it happened to be all of them - e.g. due to lack of spares etc.) but some media outlets don't distinguish between "grounding the fleet" and "(some/all) aircraft of a particular type can't fly".
