What I usually do is basically go for the "changes and cancellation " option then just play around with the prompts until it finally connects me to a live agent. Their live phone agents dont do much though, what you can also do is send a message to their new facebook page, or email them, they have been super swift with replying to emails , they now respond within 24 hours most of the time and Ive even gotten responses within 2 hours too.
