What are your objectives from a ffp?
You can continue to credit to QR and fly others OW airlines.

QF codes (flight numbers) on EK are limited to some routes. You may/may not be able to purchase.

BA requires 2/4 BA IB marketed and/or operated flights for status (look in the BA forum)
