I’m not a Marco Polo Club member and want to manage my booking (on CX ticket stock). I can change seats online, but not augment passenger info like adding a passport number. Any workarounds - is it a browser issue?

Scroll down, select passenger on the left, then click "Travel Documents" in the "My Details" section.
You will be asked to input your 160-stock ticket number in order to edit any information, e.g. add passport number, phone number, email, etc.
