If you do not get your seat reservations when booking you can call them or use their online chat from the PC website to request them. If communicating in English I find the online chat seems easier for them to read and follow, especially if the phone connection is not great.

As others have mentioned, HK Airlines is definitely a full service carrier. Do not confuse with HK Express which is definitely LCC
