Yes, Kimpton is included as an eligible brand/property. Already booked some nonrefundable Kimpton stays in January, hoping that it would be included this round. In the past I've pre-booked rooms before the Accelerate start dates and they have counted for me. Can't over-analyze the T&C wording sometimes, as IHG works on whims.
