Yes sounds about right. Got off economy shuttle. Walked into SW ticketing area to check board for gate info. (no bags so the agent didn't see my BP) Desk agent asked me what if I knew what gate I wanted. I said b41 and he said go to the left. No signs anywhere telling me to go to gate 32 for pre-check. Went left as instructed and the guy at the podium told me no pre-check at that checkpoint. First time flying SW this year out of MCI so I didn't know about the dedicated gate. Guess that's what I get for not reading flyer talk SW board prior to departing. Usually fly UA or AA out of MCI..

Off topic but it was nice to see some real food options at the SW gates (the barbecue place) but the starbucks doesn't take the app at those gates whereas the UA starbucks did last time I flew out of that terminal.
