Regardless of position in any of these tables, they (BA) are not in the top 5 or 10 so clearly need to up their game. Cost cutting does nothing for a brand but everything for a shareholder.
Do they? Until they have empty planes sitting around doing nothing and shareholders dumping the stock, they don't need to do anything.
