Actually I believe Westjet is in the process of transitioning from an LCC to a full service network carrier. From their Investor Day yesterday:

they are also planning on having both lie-flat Business and recliner Premium Economy cabins on their new 787-9s due in 2019 and are already building lounges at several Canadian airports...
